• Inmate information will never be supplied via email requests. 
• Inmate information for those under the age of 18 will not be supplied.
• Inmates who are under protective custody will not be displayed. 
• Once you find the inmate's name, click on Find with Case or Find with ID to learn the inmate's status. 

Inmate Commissary Services

Commissary packages are delivered on the following schedule:

• North Tower-Monday through Thursday
• South Tower-Tuesday through Friday
• North Valley Complex-Mondays and Thursdays

To reach Aramark’s Customer Service Line, call 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), seven days a week. Please have the following information available when you call:

How to Send Money to an Inmate in the Clark County Jail

You may send funds to an inmate’s account. Once the funds are deposited into the inmate’s account, no refunds will be issued. 

The quickest way to send money to an inmate is via the TouchPay website. Visit  www.touchpaydirect.com, and register for an account. TouchPay accepts credit and debit card payments. You may also call 1-866-232-1899 to make a deposit. 

Kiosks

Credit card, debit card, and cash deposits can be made through the kiosks located in the Clark County Jail lobby. You will need the following information to make a deposit into an inmate’s account:

• The inmate’s full name
• The facility number which is #289101
• The inmate’s ID number

Funds will be available in the inmate’s account within 24 hours. Funds are typically available within 15 minutes of the deposit. It is your responsibility to enter the correct information; the Clark County Jail is not liable for any user errors. 

TouchPay charges the following fees:

• $0 – $20 deposits require a fee of $2.95 for cash payments and $2.95 plus 3.5% of the deposit for credit card transactions
• $20.01 – $100 deposits require a fee of $3.95 for cash payments and $3.95 plus 3.5% of the deposit for credit card transactions
• $100.01 – $200 deposits require a fee of $4.95 for cash payments and $4.95 plus 3.5% of the deposit for credit card transactions

Please include the inmate’s full legal name and ID number. Please include your full name and a return address. The following rules apply when sending funds through the mail. 

• All money orders and checks are subject to being held for up to ten days. This does not include holidays or weekends.
• The money order must be issued in U.S. currency only.
• Make all money orders and checks payable to CCDC Inmate Trust Account. 
• Write the inmate’s name and ID number on the memo line.
• Outdated or altered checks will not be accepted. 
• Do NOT mail cash to inmates. 
• Personal checks are not accepted. 
• Two-party checks are not accepted.
• Checks issued from foreign banks are not accepted.

How to Send Mail to an Inmate at Clark County Jail

The fastest way to learn about sending mail to an inmate is to visit www.pigeonly.com. Here, you can find out about the options. 

By creating a Pigeonly account, you can send limited letters, photos, greeting cards, and postcards from your cell phone, tablet, or computer. You can also receive mail from inmates. 

If you choose to send physical mail, it will be sent to the Pigeonly processing unit for processing. Send all mail to the following address:

Please include the inmate’s full name and ID number and your full name and address, or the mail will not be processed correctly. 

All non-legal mail is opened and checked for contraband. Each piece of mail is scanned into the system and delivered to the inmate electronically. Do not mail any original documents or photos because these will not be delivered to the inmate and will not be returned to the sender. 

Rules for Sending Mail to Inmates

• All mail must have a return address, or it will not be accepted.

• Do not send envelopes larger than 4 inches X 9 ½ inches.

• Do not use paper larger than 8 ½ inches X 11 inches.
• Do not send greeting cards larger than 5 inches X 7 inches.
• Postcards must not be larger than 5 inches X 7 inches.
• Photographs must be no larger than 4 inches X 6 inches. You are limited to sending ten photographs or less per parcel. 

Do NOT mail the following:

• Mail containing glitter, metal, stickers, or glued items
• Oversized greeting cards or those that contain pop-ups or music
• Photographs smaller than 4 inches X 6 inches
• Blank envelopes, paper, or stamps
• Official documents, including tax forms
• Bulk mail, newspapers, magazines, or books
• Cash

If you would like to send an inmate magazines, newspapers, publications, or books, they must be sent directly from the publisher. Hardback books are forbidden.

Inmate Telephone Calls

Inmates may make telephone calls using Securus. To receive phone calls from an inmate, you will need to register for an account at www.securustech.net. You may also add funds to an inmate’s telephone fund at this website. 

It is important to note that inmates cannot receive phone calls. If you must contact an inmate in the event of an emergency, call (702) 671-3900. 

Fees per minute for inmate calls range from $0.21 to $0.75. These include collect calls and international fees. All telephone calls are monitored and recorded.
